Vandaag gaan wij op zoek naar een hands-on Brand Manager die verschillende B2B-marketingprojecten van A tot Z zal trekken. Een brede rol met autonomie, variatie en uitdaging gegarandeerd.

Onze klant is een internationale industriële speler met kantoren in Mechelen & Beveren.

Je komt terecht in een hecht, dynamisch en nauw samenwerkend marketingteam, waarbij je de rechterhand van de Marketing Manager zal worden.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
  • Samen met de Marketing Manager denk je mee over de ontwikkeling & implementatie van marketing- en communicatiestrategieën en plannen.
  • Je denkt tactisch na over marketinginitiatieven om commerciële groei te garanderen.
  • Je coördineert eigen marketingprojecten en campagnes van concept tot uitvoering.
  • Je zorgt voor een toename in brand awareness en voor een verbetering van hun positionering in de markt.
  • Je zorgt voor zichtbaarheid van bedrijfssucces en nieuwigheden op de website en social media.
  • Je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende projecten.
  • Je implementeert nieuwe inzichten en tools om de marketing steeds naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Je staat met verschillende stakeholders in contact en past je gemakkelijk aan afhankelijk van het type persoon.
  • Je denkt graag in grote lijnen en stelt een tactisch plan op waarbij je jouw collega’s kan overtuigen om deze koers te volgen.
  • Indien nodig giet je ingewikkelde materie in een behapbare crisiscommunicatie in een mum van tijd.
Vereisten:
  • Je behaalde een Masterdiploma, liefst in Marketing of Communicatie.
  • Je hebt +/- 5 jaar werkervaring, liefst in een gelijkaardige marketingrol binnen B2B-context.
  • Je hebt idealiter marketingervaring opgedaan binnen een industriële omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterk strategisch inzicht en hanteert een hands-on aanpak.
  • Je hebt een masterdenkniveau en denkt tactisch over grote projecten.
  • Je hebt interesse en kennis van de nieuwste marketing-technologieën en digitale snufjes.
  • Je bent zelfstandig, matuur en durft zelf knopen door te hakken.
  • Je bent proactief, werkt actiegericht en kan prioriteiten stellen.
  • Je kan goed omgaan met veranderde omstandigheden en krijgt energie van ‘alle-hens-aan-dek-momenten’.
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig (moedertaal) en spreekt vlot Engels. Frans en Duits zijn een plus.
  • Je staat ervoor open om elke 2 maanden kort naar het buitenland te reizen (binnen de EU).
  • Je komt terecht in een afwisselende en uitdagende functie met vrijheid en autonomie waar je kan laten zien wat je in je mars hebt.
  • Je komt in een internationale context terecht waar men belang hecht aan transparantie, respect en ondernemerschap.
