Je komt terecht in een warm en dynamisch team waar passie voor kwalitatieve producten en klantgerichtheid hand in hand gaan. Jij wordt de onmisbare schakel tussen de klanten, de productie, logistiek en sales. Een veelzijdige rol met veel menselijk contact én de nodige administratieve voldoening Je voert inkomende bestellingen correct in het ERP-systeem in, controleert ze op volledigheid en volgt de orderportefeuille nauwgezet op. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt via telefoon en mail. Je adviseert klanten over levertermijnen, productinformatie en prijzen. Je vangt vragen of problemen op, past indien nodig de garantieregeling toe en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve afhandeling (zoals creditnota's). Je maakt offertes op maat, vraagt kostprijzen op en houdt de prijslijsten en CRM-database up-to-date. Je beheert de (intercompany) facturatie, organiseert de administratie van de afdeling en helpt bij het bemannen van de telefooncentrale. Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans. Heb je ook een basiskennis Duits? Dan heb je bij ons een streepje voor Je verwerkt complexe informatie razendsnel en houdt altijd het overzicht. Je denkt niet in problemen, maar in oplossingen. De klant staat voor jou op nummer één. Je werkt nauwkeurig, maar vindt het ook fijn om nauw samen te werken met je collega's van andere afdelingen. Je bent gebeten om het volledige productieproces van A tot Z te leren kennen. MS Office heeft voor jou geen geheimen. Heb je ervaring met Odoo of SAP?
