FunctieomschrijvingOnze marketingafdeling speelt een cruciale rol in het ondersteunen van de groei van Acerta en het versterken van onze relaties met klanten. Om ons succes voort te zetten, zijn we op zoek naar een dynamische Segment Marketeer voor de doelgroep Accountants die ons team komt versterken.
- Je ontwikkelt en implementeert marketingplannen die aansluiten bij de behoeften van de doelgroep Accountants en bijdragen aan de bedrijfsdoelstellingen van Acerta.
- Je zorgt voor de opmaak, uitvoering en pipeline rapportering van go-to-market plan.
- Daarnaast ontwerp en beheer je gerichte marketingcampagnes en organiseer je events, zowel online als offline, om leads te genereren en klantloyaliteit te vergroten.
- Je werkt nauw samen met sales, productontwikkeling en corporate marketing om geïntegreerde go-to-marketstrategieën te realiseren.
- Door data en marktinzichten te verzamelen en te analyseren identificeer je kansen en optimaliseer je je strategie.
- Het monitoren van campagneresultaten behoort ook tot je taken. Je maakt hierbij gebruik van marketingtools om de pipeline target te bereiken, inclusief performance market, search engine advertising, events, inside sales, activation campaigns, nurturing etc.
- Tot slot breng je creatieve ideeën in om jouw segment sterker te positioneren in een competitieve markt.
- Je hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in marketing in een B2B-context.
- Het vakdomein en de business zijn je bekend. Je bent op de hoogte van de Acerta-producten en -diensten voor de doelgroep en weet hoe je de klant optimaal kan benaderen en overtuigen.
- Je hebt ervaring met project- en time management technieken.
- Je voelt je helemaal thuis in de wereld van performance marketing, digitale marketing en sociale media.
- Met jouw hands-on ervaring zet je campagnes op en voer je ze uit via diverse kanalen.
- Het klantperspectief staat centraal in al jouw acties.
- Je beschikt over uitstekende samenwerkings- en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Resultaatgerichtheid, organisatievermogen en de capaciteit om prioriteiten te stellen kenmerken jouw aanpak.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans.

- Dankzij gerichte opleidingen kan je groeien in je job en investeren we samen in je professionele en persoonlijke ontwikkeling.
- Je krijgt een contract van onbepaalde duur (37,5u) met flexibele werkuren en 40 betaalde verlof- en feestdagen (waarvan 29 vrij te kiezen).
- Je ontvangt een vergoeding voor jouw woon-werk verkeer. Je hebt ook de mogelijkheid om thuis te werken met een forfaitaire thuiswerkvergoeding van €116 netto/maand.
- Daarnaast krijg je maaltijdcheques van €8/dag, ecocheques van €205 en cadeaucheques van €40 op jaarbasis.
- We bieden jou een uitgebreid verzekeringspakket: een hospitalisatieverzekering (uitbreidbaar naar gezinsleden) en een groepsverzekering (pensioenspaarplan, overlijdensdekking en verzekering gewaarborgd inkomen bij langdurige ziekte).
- Via ons cafetariaplan stel je jouw eigen loonpakket samen. Je krijgt de mogelijkheid tot het leasen van een fiets, aankoop van een smartphone of tablet, terugbetaling van een internet abonnement thuis etc.
