Intégrez, en tant que Segment Marketing Manager - Private Banking, une société internationale active dans le service financier.
Devenez le responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre des stratégies d'acquisition, de développement et de fidélisation des clients. Soyez également responsable du développement et de la mise en œuvre des initiatives Go-To-Market liées aux propositions de valeur Affluent & Private Banking.
Responsabilités :- Analyser l'évolution du marché, les besoins des clients et la concurrence afin d'identifier les opportunités et les risques propres à votre segment.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies marketing personnalisées axées sur l'acquisition, le développement et la fidélisation des clients en Belgique.
- Définir, planifier, développer et mettre en œuvre des actions commerciales qui soutiendront ces stratégies et permettront d'atteindre les objectifs commerciaux définis.
- Jouer un rôle essentiel dans la création d'une expérience client exceptionnelle lors de la mise en œuvre des actions commerciales, en améliorant la communication, les processus d'achat et le service client.
- Capitaliser sur les opportunités d'interaction avec les clients offertes par le modèle multicanal de la banque, notamment les centres de conseil, les centres de contact et les canaux numériques, y compris les réseaux sociaux.
- Assurer le suivi des résultats des actions commerciales et identifier les moyens d'améliorer continuellement leur efficacité.
- Garantir le retour sur investissement des actions commerciales.
- Collaborer étroitement avec les différentes équipes de la banque pour optimiser l'impact des actions commerciales que vous avez définies, notamment l'équipe Investment & Advisory Tribe, l'équipe Banking Tribe, les équipes de communication, d'expérience client, de distribution, de conformité, de gestion des données clients, etc.
- Basé en Belgique, vous ferez partie d'une équipe hautement engagée et orientée résultats, évoluant dans un environnement véritablement international, en collaboration avec des collègues marketing situés dans toute l'Europe, ainsi que dans d'autres régions du monde.
- Bachelor Marketing ou autre.
- Expérience relevante de minimum 5 ans.
- Expert en conception de campagnes marketing à l'internationale.
- Maîtrise des aspects juridiques, de gouvernance et de sécurité propres aux activités commerciales du secteur bancaire.
