Senior Construction Manager – Data Centre2 year contract +Belgium – on siteCompetitive salaryWe are looking for a Senior Construction Manager to play a pivotal role in the delivery of large data centre project based in Belgium. The role requires someone to ensure all construction activities are delivered for the client in line with expectations and timeframes.Supervise and mentor a team of Construction Package ManagerMonitor daily site activities and ensure project is running to scheduleIdentify and resolve any construction issuesWork closely with the Quality Manager to support inspections, audits and resolutions of issuesWork with the Commissioning Lead to ensure construction activities are aligned withMonitor contractor compliance with Health and SafetyAct as key liaison between client and contractorsPrepare and present progress reports, and updates to senior stakeholdersProduce insight progress reportsThe role will suit someone with a proven track record of managing large construction projects across quality, health & safety and commissioning ideally from a data centre background.APPLY NOW Email your cv to kelly.mckeevor@novalithadvisory.com
