En qualité de Project Manager Construction vos responsabilités seront les suivantes: Définir les étapes des projets (portée, stratégie, planning, budget, contrats, équipe, risques, indicateurs de performance) en collaboration avec les parties prenantes. Superviser et coordonner les projets pour garantir la livraison des infrastructures. Assurer la communication avec les partenaires internes et externes (collectivités locales, gestionnaires d'infrastructure, opérateurs de transport). Mobiliser les équipes autour d'objectifs communs. Gérer les projets de manière autonome dans le respect du budget (de 250 000 à 10 millions d'euros par an). Identifier les risques potentiels et mettre en place des actions correctives. Réaliser des bilans de projets et capitaliser sur les retours d'expérience. Le Project Manager COnstruction ideal devra être/avoir: Diplôme de master en architecture ou en ingénierie, ou expérience équivalente. Expérience pertinente d'au moins 5 ans dans des projets de construction ou des projets industriels comparables. Connaissance de la législation sur les marchés publics Bonne maîtrise du néerlandais. Capacité à fédérer une équipe projet multidisciplinaire, à la motiver et à communiquer aisément. Vision globale des projets tout en étant capable de gérer les détails importants. Organisation, flexibilité et capacité à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément. Esprit analytique et orientation vers les résultats. Salaire attractif avec indemnité forfaitaire, chèques-repas et bonus collectif et individuel. Partie du salaire sous forme de budget flexible (location de vélo ou de voiture, épargne-pension, etc.). Assurance hospitalisation et assurance groupe. Horaires flexibles, possibilité de télétravail et 33 jours de congés par an.
