Onze klant is een gevestigde speler in de voedings- en drankenindustrie, waar teamwork, technische expertise en continuous improvement samenkomen in een innovatieve productieomgeving. Ter versterking van hun team zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Teamleader Operations (in dagdienst).Als Teamleader Operations ben jij de motor achter een vlot draaiend productieproces. Je coacht een team van operatoren op de werkvloer en begeleidt hen in hun dagelijkse taken én in hun groei. Je volgt hun competenties nauw op en denkt actief mee over opleidingsplannen en ontwikkeltrajecten. Je zorgt dat alles efficiënt, veilig en kwaliteitsvol verloopt, en bouwt tegelijk aan een positieve en leergierige teamsfeer. Daarnaast werk je mee aan verbeterprojecten.Job vereistenJe hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een productieomgeving, liefst binnen voeding. Je hebt minstens 4 jaar ervaring als leidinggevende.Je haalt energie uit het coachen van je team.Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitsnormen zoals FSSC, HACCP en ISO9001.Je hebt ervaring met het opvolgen van competenties en het begeleiden van medewerkers.Je bent sterk in plannen en durft beslissingen te nemen op de werkvloer.Je hebt ervaring met procesoptimalisatie en continuous improvement.Je komt terecht in een dynamische omgeving waar je echt een impact hebt en mee kunt bouwen aan de groei van het bedrijf.
