Het produceert, installeert, onderhoudt en moderniseert onder andere liften, roltrappen en rolpaden voor een grote verscheidenheid aan gebouwen. De producten van het bedrijf zijn aanwezig in vele iconische gebouwen, waaronder luchthavens, winkelcentra, sportstadions en misschien zelfs in het gebouw waar u woont.
Uw nieuwe functie
Als Business Development Manager maakt u deel uit van de afdeling die verantwoordelijk is voor het onderhoud en de reparaties van liften en beheert u de klantenportefeuille in de regio Brussel. Uw rol is ervoor te zorgen dat de commerciële doelstellingen van deze regio worden bereikt en ontwikkeld. Daarom zult u regelmatig op pad zijn om bestaande of nieuwe klanten te bezoeken. Deze functie vereist dus een mix van strategische en commerciële vaardigheden.
Dit omvat:
- U beheert een klantenportefeuille en werft nieuwe klanten.
- U bereidt offerte- en orderrevisies voor.
- U definieert, implementeert en bewaakt het verkoopactieplan om de gestelde doelen te bereiken.
- U onderhoudt goede zakelijke relaties om de inkomsten uit reparaties te maximaliseren.
- U vraagt analyses aan om een concurrerend voorstel op te stellen (binnen de richtlijnen van het bedrijf) en u reageert op aanbestedingsdocumenten.
Uw profiel
- U heeft meerdere jaren ervaring in een technisch-commerciële functie in het beheer van installaties (liften, airconditioning, alarmsystemen, bouw, ...)
- U bent tweetalig Nederlands-Frans en begrijpt Engels.
- U bent ambitieus, gemotiveerd en hecht veel belang aan goede communicatie.
- U bent zeer georganiseerd en analytisch.
- U bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
- U kunt prioriteiten stellen.
- U heeft een commerciële geest en een dynamische persoonlijkheid.
