In deze rol mag je een nauwe samenwerking en support verwachten van de country manager. Je krijgt de kans om je stempel te drukken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Als dealer sales manager zorg je er in eerste instantie voor dat de verkopers in het dealernetwerk begeleid worden in de verkoop van commercial vehicles
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de country manager Belux, die o.m. focust op de raamakkoorden en targets van de dealergroepen
  • Zelf focus je op de ondersteuning en coaching van de verkopers in het netwerk
  • Ondersteuning inzake productgamma en conversies
  • Sales approach naar fleet accounts
  • Salestechnieken, USP's van de merken, doelgroepanalyse, …
  • Joint visits, delen van expertise, …
  • Gebruik van de systemen
  • Samenwerking met stakeholders, o.m. marketing, fleet, …
  • Leading by example – active sales
  • Implementatie van lokale acties
  • Opmaak en implementatie van een sales plan per dealer/locatie
  • Contacten met leasemaatschappijen rond akkoorden en strategie
  • Opvolgen van stock bij dealers

Wie ben jij?

Met ervaring als zone manager, in sales management, of in fleet sales binnen commercial vehicles of trucks, ben je commercieel gericht, focus je op relaties en op het ondersteunen van je de sales strategie. Je hebt kennis van conversies en commercial vehicles. Dynamiek, coaching van sales professionals, maturiteit en sales drive typeren jou. Ook ben je vlot in NL, FR en EN.
