Wij zijn op zoek naar een Regional Manager SalesAstara Western Europe NV maakt deel uit van de Spaanse astara groep, een internationaal bedrijf gespecialiseerd in open mobiliteitsoplossingen. We bevinden ons momenteel in een tijd van ingrijpende veranderingen in het automotive landschap, gedreven door digitalisering, elektrificatie en nieuwe vormen van mobiliteit. Astara heeft actief gewerkt aan de ontwikkeling van haar eigen distributie- en mobiliteitsecosysteem om te kunnen reageren op onze hedendaagse uitdagingen, zoals het bevorderen van duurzame en energiezuinige mobiliteit en betere digitalisering. Ons doel is om een breed scala aan mobiliteitsproducten en -diensten aan te bieden, waaronder niet alleen traditioneel autobezit, maar ook abonnementsopties en directe consumentenverkoop via nieuwe kanalen. Binnen het distributieluik is Astara Western Europe invoerder van verschillende merken van personenwagens en lichte vrachtwagens. Momenteel omvat de portfolio Hyundai (Belux) - Suzuki (Belux) - Maxus (Belux/DE) - SsangYong (Benelux/DE) - MG (Belux) - Isuzu (Benelux/PL/DE/CZ/SLO/AUS) - Silence (Belux/DE) - Microlino (DE) - Mitsubishi (PL) en Nissan (PL). Hoe ziet een job als "Regional Manager Sales" er bij ons uit?Je staat in voor de kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve uitbouw van het dealernetwerk in België.
Je onderhandelt met de dealers de verkoopobjectieven gerelateerd aan het potentieel in hun regio’s.
Je stelt samen met de dealers het marketingplan op en begeleidt hen in de uitvoering hiervan.
Je zorgt ervoor dat het dealernetwerk over de nodige informatie beschikt om de verkoop van producten te promoten.
Je organiseert op regelmatige basis met de dealers operationele meetings om nieuwe commerciële plannen en projecten te implementeren.
Je bent de ideale coach voor dealers in hun ontwikkelings-, marketing- en salesactiviteiten zodat zij hun salesdoelstellingen behalen of overtreffen.
Je neemt daarnaast zelf actief deel aan klantenbezoeken (B2B) en stimuleert de dealers in het plannen en voorbereiden van deze bezoeken.
Je stelt prospectieplannen op met het oog op een beter klantenbinding.
Je zet sterke sales resultaten neer en voorziet het management van de nodige rapportering over sales resultaten binnen het dealernetwerk.
Je bent uitstekend drietalig Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in sales in de automobielsector (B2B).
Je hebt kennis van de LCV markt en/of bent gebeten door elektrische wagens.
Je bent zeer resultaatgericht, ondernemend, proactief en zelfstandig.
Je bent commercieel zeer sterk en weet potentieel te detecteren bij een prospect/klant.
Je combineert commerciële flair en flexibiliteit.
Je legt gemakkelijk contacten en hebt er geen probleem mee om deze relaties te onderhouden, uit te bouwen en te optimaliseren.
Je hebt uitstekende communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
Een boeiende functie binnen een gedreven team waar initiatief en verantwoordelijkheid wordt aangemoedigd en met mogelijkheden tot jouw verdere ontwikkeling binnen de astara groep.
