Omschrijving Wil je met jouw team onze organisatie ondersteunen bij de veranderingen die ze doormaakt? Hou je ervan om samen met onze experten de processen te optimaliseren en de customer experience te verbeteren? Word dan onze Head of Operational Excellence bij Belfius Insurance. De functie situeert zich binnen het Transformation Office van de directie Non-Life. Het Transformation Office leidt strategische projecten en veranderingsinitiatieven om Belfius Insurance Non-Life te versterken op het vlak van groei, rentabiliteit, efficiëntie en klantgerichtheid. Het beheert de drie strategische portfolio’s die impact hebben op onze drie merken Belfius, DVV en Belfius Direct. De job in een notendop Changemanagement binnen de directie Non-Life. Het ontwikkelen en implementeren van changestrategieën met als doel de adoptie bij de medewerkers te faciliteren en de beoogde voordelen van de verandering te realiseren. Deze veranderingen kunnen zich situeren zowel op het vlak van mindset & cultuur, tools als way of working. Procesoptimalisatie. Het analyseren en optimaliseren van onze processen binnen het domein van de verzekeringen Non-Life. Automatiseringsmogelijkheden in kaart brengen en de technische oplossingen (RPA, AI,…) exploreren om aan deze behoefte te voldoen. Customer experience. Waarborgen dat we onze klanten op de cruciale touchpoints in de customer journey vragen naar zijn feedback. Het recurrent analyseren en rapporteren over de evolutie van onze klantentevredenheid zodat de business gerichte acties kan nemen om de customer experience te verbeteren. Je rapporteert aan de Head of Transformation Office Non-Life. Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn Je hebt minimaal 7 jaar ervaring in een leidinggevende rol in een dienstverlenend bedrijf, bij voorkeur in de financiële sector. Je houdt er van om een team te leiden, te motiveren en verder te laten groeien met heldere objectieven en feedback. Je werkt vlot samen met verschillende stakeholders. Een dynamische persoonlijkheid, stressbestendig en gericht op transformatie. Je hebt kennis van de courante changemodellen (Adkar,..) en hebt ook ervaring in procesmethodieken (Lean/Six Sigma,…). Je kan vlot trends analyseren en de key-messages overtuigend presenteren aan senior niveau. Dit doe je zowel in het Nederlands en het Frans. Je hebt ook een goede kennis van het Engels. Je hebt een master diploma of je beschikt over een gelijkwaardige ervaring.
