Bent u een expert in content met een passie voor storytelling, optimalisatie voor zoekmachines (SEO/GEO) en commerciële impact? Voor onze klant, een belangrijke financiële instelling in Brussel, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren Storyteller (Franstalig) voor een opdracht van lange duur. Word lid van een Agile team waar content centraal staat in de Marketing & Communicatie strategie Jouw Missie: De Strategische en Geoptimaliseerde Stem Als onderdeel van het Chapter Storytelling speel je een cruciale rol in de digitale transformatie door ervoor te zorgen dat elke content zowel boeiend als online performant is. Jouw Kernverantwoordelijkheden: Productie van Multichannel Content: Je vertaalt complexe briefings naar content met een hoge toegevoegde waarde (artikels, posts, videoscripts, e-mails, UX copy, etc.) en garandeert de consistentie met de business doelstellingen en merkrichtlijnen. Beheersing van SEO/GEO: Je integreert systematisch de optimalisatieprincipes (zoekwoordenonderzoek, redactionele structuur) voor zoekmachines en Large Language Models (LLM). Je gebruikt geavanceerde tools zoals Semrush en Surfer SEO voor continue optimalisatie. Linguïstische en Transversale Samenwerking: Je werkt in duo met jouw Nederlandstalige collega en zorgt voor een getrouwe en genuanceerde vertaling en adaptatie van teksten naar het Frans. Je werkt nauw samen met de teams Marketing, Digital Experts en Audiovisueel om jouw verhalen om te zetten. Artificiële Intelligentie en Innovatie: Je benut IA-tools om het onderzoek, de redactie en de multicanal-uitvoering te versnellen, terwijl je strikt waakt over de kwaliteit en de reglementaire conformiteit (Anti-Greenwashing, commerciële communicatie). Prestatieanalyse: Je stelt concrete optimalisaties voor op basis van de analyse van de contentprestaties (traffic, engagement, CTR, SOV, conversies). Jouw Profiel Wij zijn op zoek naar een ervaren Storyteller met een uitstekende pen en een sterke Agile mindset. Vereiste Competenties: Ervaring: Je bent een ervaren Storyteller, met een minimum van 6 jaar relevante ervaring. Opleiding: Bachelor of Master in communicatie, journalistiek, marketing, talen, literatuur of gelijkwaardige ervaring. SEO/Content Expertise: Bewezen ervaring in SEO/GEO copywriting en contentoptimalisatie, via tools als Semrush & Surfer SEO. Je hebt idealiter een journalistieke background of ervaring in het schrijven van thought leadership (technische, gepopulariseerde content). Redactionele Rigueur: Uitstekende redactionele pen, gevoel voor duidelijkheid en de capaciteit om aantrekkelijke teksten te schrijven voor alle digitale formaten. Talen: Nederlands: Moedertaal, expert in redactie. Frans: Zeer goede kennis (aanpassen, vertalen, interageren in vergaderingen). Engels: Goede kennis (vertalen, aanpassen van Engelse bronnen). Soft Skills: Creativiteit en Nieuwsgierigheid, gecombineerd met Rigueur en Oog voor detail. Analytische capaciteit en het vermogen om een briefing uit te dagen en strategische aanbevelingen te formuleren. Teamspirit, actief luisteren, transparantie en autonomie.
