Als familiebedrijf is de BOEMM HR groep, de snelst groeiende speler binnen de HR services in België. Wij bieden onze klanten een ongezien aanbod in uitzendarbeid, payroll en werving & selectie. Op de dag van vandaag is BOEMM het moederbedrijf van Digital Payroll Services, Jobfixers , White & Moore en Work Today. Wij willen onze groei bij Digital Payroll Services de komende 5 jaar aanzienlijk versnellen o.a. een farmer voor de regio Oost-Vlaanderen. Digital Payroll Services is een payroll bedrijf, we bieden onze klanten in industrie en construct een digitale planningstool aan voor hun tijdelijke medewerkers. Hierin kunnen ze in enkele stappen de planning aanmaken en hun tegelijkertijd onder contract zetten. Deze vacature is voor: ✅ Mensen met commercieel talent (beperkt of ervaren) ✅ Mensen met veel goesting en een drive ✅ Mensen die gemotiveerd worden door doelen ✅ Mensen die hun leven in handen willen pakken ✅ Mensen die een carrière willen maken die ze nooit voor mogelijk hielden Vereisten Wat is jouw takenpakket? Je bent de contactpersoon voor bestaande klanten in een toegekende regio Je detecteert complicaties en gaat deze proactief behandelen Je gaat cases met klanten oplossen op basis van hun noden Je bent 50% op kantoor en 50% op de baan (videocalls, administratief werk, klantenbezoeken) Je bent aanwezig op alle events van Digital Payroll Services om het merk te gaan promoten en klanten te onderhouden (beurzen, opleidingen, …) Je volgt nieuwe klanten op en zorgt ervoor dat ze blijven Reactivatie van oude klanten neem jij ook onder je hoede, door je overtuigingskracht en goeie begeleiding lukt het je om hen weer aan boord te halen Contact met prospecteurs/verkopers is heel belangrijk, zodat je weet wat er leeft bij de klanten Jouw profiel: Je hebt een eerste ervaring in customer service en/of payroll. Je houdt van klantenrelaties opbouwen en onderhouden, maar bent ook commercieel ingesteld om sales te doen. Je bent digital minded. Je haalt voldoening uit klanten verder helpen, demo's geven en deals closen. Wat bieden we jou aan? Je krijgt een intense begeleiding die start met een opleiding on-the-job.
