IT Technical Lead Brussels x2 Days a Week onsite Rest Remote Strong Day Rate 2yr ContractEnglish & French Well known Global Consultancy based in Brussels are looking for a IT Technical Lead. Key Responsibilities:Manage major/complex ICT tracks within the strategic projects and programsTranslate project proposals and business cases into concrete deliverables aligned with organisational strategy and long-term visionPrepare and present investment proposals to senior management and Management CommitteeDeliver projects on time, within budget, scope, and quality standardsServe as interface for product, project, customer, and information flowMonitor, adjust, and optimize projects to increase efficiency, reduce risks, and propose alternative solutionsManage external ICT partners and project team dynamicsOwn ICT project budget, coordinate business cases, and ensure accurate financial reporting to sponsors monthlyTrack, report, and achieve project/program objectives and progressEnsure project alignment with organizational goals and drive enterprise-wide change initiativesManage stakeholders across complete ICT project scope (70%)Develop ICT project charters with detailed planning and transition strategies for sustainable operations, including budget planning (15%)Contribute to continuous improvement of PMO and ICT methodologies throughout project lifecycle (10%)Champion project management processes and coach less experienced colleagues (5%)Job Requirements:Master degree10-12 years, of which at least 5 years in project/program management with a focus on ICT implementationsProven experience with prioritization in complex environments, management reporting, communication, cross-departmental mechanisms, process improvement.Language skills: fluent in Dutch and/or French + English (advanced level, spoken as well as written)Required certificates: relevant but not required – PMP, PRINCE2, ITILAll interviews will be done remotely.This role is SUPER URGENT, don't hesitate to get in touchYou must have the right working rights as no sponsorship is on offer.Feel free to send your cv to nelesh@wesourcetalent.com to learn more or call me on +44 77 256 18 238
