Brand Manager


Location: Beerse, Belgium - Visiting site once a month only

Duration: until December 2024

Hours: 24 hours / 3 days a week


Imagine your next project working as a Brand Manager for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine. To cover a long term leave of absence we require a Brand Manager to execute operational tasks for the Value Optimizers Team (VOT/Mature Brands) Belgium & Luxembourg.


roles and responsibilities

  • (co-)Lead monthly VOT meetings to align with other VOT members on responsibilities and execution

  • Manage delisting/divesting processes and supply issues to guarantee minimal impact for patients and minimize reputational risk

  • (co-)Lead the Simponi/Remicade transfers

  • Prepare communications related to lifecycle of products within VOT portfolio

  • Execute on digital communication plan for Trevicta/Binnaly/Simponi

  • Maintain updated overview of assets related to VOT products (digital and physical)

  • Engage with internal & external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of projects

  • Prioritize VOT material requests aligned with budget management

  • Update existing VO materials with critical need to new J&J branding


how to succeed

  • First experience in marketing preferably within the pharma industry. Operational marketing experience is advantageous, strategic marketing expertise is not required.

  • Previous experience in ​Life Cycle Management in pharma and managing mature/established pharma brands would be an advantage.

  • Experience in project coordination.

  • Ability to come on site (Beerse 2) once a month.

  • French and/or Dutch is preferable, English required
