In het kader van de sterke groei, zijn ze op zoek naar een After Sales Manager.

Als After Sales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de begeleiding en coördinatie van de aftersales. Daarnaast sta je in voor het ondersteunen van de service advisors, zodat zij hun werkzaamheden zo effectief en efficiënt mogelijk kunnen uitvoeren. Ad hoc spring je in waar nodig, je stelt jezelf allround op.

  • De standaarden en methodes van het merk beheersen en steeds op de hoogte blijven van wijzigingen en nieuwigheden.
  • Toezien op een correcte manier van facturatie binnen de after sales.
  • Rapportages opstellen.
  • Follow up van de garantie aanvragen/inhaaloperaties.
  • Ondersteunen van Service advisors en magazijniers.
  • Je bent een echt duizendpoot en uiterst 'hands on'.
  • Je staat sterk in jouw schoenen en bent een echte people manager.
  • Technische opleiding/ervaring – automechanica begrijpen is vereist.
  • Kennis van (wettelijke) voorschriften op gebied van bedrijfsvoering, veiligheid, milieu en arbeidsomstandigheden is een must.
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, analytisch en resultaatgericht.
  • Klantgericht denken en handelen, zowel intern als extern, kenmerken jou.
