Als onderdeel van de CFE-groep combineren we de wendbaarheid van een zelfstandig bouwbedrijf met de slagkracht en stabiliteit van een grote internationale speler. Bij MBG bouw je niet alleen aan projecten, maar ook aan je eigen parcours. Jouw rol: projectmanagement op maat van jouw ervaring Als Project Manager Bouw neem je een sleutelrol op in de realisatie van grootschalige bouwprojecten. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring start je meer uitvoerend of meer strategisch, met een duidelijk groeipad richting senior projectleiding of projectdirectie. Voor startende professionals (project ingenieur / assistent projectleider): Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren projectleider op de werf Je ondersteunt bij: planning en fasering; technische studies en uitvoeringsmethodes; budgetopvolging en kostenbeheersing; kwaliteit en veiligheid Je groeit stap voor stap naar het zelfstandig aansturen van deelprojecten Je krijgt begeleiding, coaching en verantwoordelijkheid op jouw tempo Voor ervaren projectleiders: Je neemt de end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid over één of meerdere projecten Je stuurt werfteams, onderaannemers en interne stakeholders aan Je bewaakt: planning, budget en rendabiliteit; technische keuzes en uitvoeringsstrategie; kwaliteit, veiligheid en klantrelaties Je fungeert als sparringpartner voor het management en kan doorgroeien richting projectdirecteur Jouw profiel Je hebt een master Bouwkunde (industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur) Je bent geboeid door de realisatie van complexe bouwprojecten Je combineert technisch inzicht met organisatie- en planningsvaardigheden Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemen Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholders Zowel jonge talenten als ervaren projectleiders zijn welkom, jouw rol groeit met jou mee Wat MBG jou biedt Een duidelijk carrièrepad van projectingenieur tot senior projectmanager of projectdirecteur Werken aan prestigieuze klasse 8-projecten in Vlaanderen Een competitief salarispakket, freelance is bespreekbaar Een warme bedrijfscultuur met sterke teamspirit: sportteams, teambuildings, familiedagen,...
