Bij MBG bouw je niet alleen aan projecten, maar ook aan je eigen parcours.Jouw rol: projectmanagement op maat van jouw ervaringAls Project Manager Bouw neem je een sleutelrol op in de realisatie van grootschalige bouwprojecten. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaring start je meer uitvoerend of meer strategisch, met een duidelijk groeipad richting senior projectleiding of projectdirectie.Voor startende professionals (project ingenieur / assistent projectleider):Je werkt nauw samen met een ervaren projectleider op de werfJe ondersteunt bij: planning en fasering; technische studies en uitvoeringsmethodes; budgetopvolging en kostenbeheersing; kwaliteit en veiligheidJe groeit stap voor stap naar het zelfstandig aansturen van deelprojectenJe krijgt begeleiding, coaching en verantwoordelijkheid op jouw tempoVoor ervaren projectleiders:Je neemt de end-to-end verantwoordelijkheid over één of meerdere projectenJe stuurt werfteams, onderaannemers en interne stakeholders aanJe bewaakt: planning, budget en rendabiliteit; technische keuzes en uitvoeringsstrategie; kwaliteit, veiligheid en klantrelatiesJe fungeert als sparringpartner voor het management en kan doorgroeien richting projectdirecteurJouw profielJe hebt een master Bouwkunde (industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur)Je bent geboeid door de realisatie van complexe bouwprojectenJe combineert technisch inzicht met organisatie- en planningsvaardighedenJe neemt verantwoordelijkheid en durft beslissingen te nemenJe communiceert vlot en werkt graag samen met verschillende stakeholdersZowel jonge talenten als ervaren projectleiders zijn welkom, jouw rol groeit met jou meeWat MBG jou biedtEen duidelijk carrièrepad van projectingenieur tot senior projectmanager of projectdirecteurWerken aan prestigieuze klasse 8-projecten in VlaanderenEen competitief salarispakket, freelance is bespreekbaarEen warme bedrijfscultuur met sterke teamspirit: sportteams, teambuildings, familiedagen,…Interesse?Solliciteer via LinkedIn of neem rechtstreeks contact op met peter.bolle@italents.be
