For our client, an international high-tech industrial group active in research, defense and security, we are looking for a Product Costing & Bid Manager with strong financial ownership of COGS, pricing and margins. Your Role Own the commercial and financial integrity of product-based bids, from bid/no-bid recommendation to contract award Build and validate production cost models for manufactured parts and assemblies, based on long and complex BOMs Define target margins, pricing logic and negotiation limits for repeatable, high volume manufacturing products, , where small cost deviations have significant margin impact. Challenge Sales, Engineering and Operations when production or BOM assumptions are not financially sustainable Lead financial risk reviews and ensure cost and margin assumptions remain valid beyond contract award What we are looking for Proven experience owning COGS, pricing and margins for manufactured products Hands-on work with long and complex BOM structures in serial or small-series production environments Background in Finance, Management or Engineering/Manufacturing Fluent English, Dutch is Plus but not required Your Benefits Target total compensation: 85.000 – 93.000€ (base + variable) A key commercial role with real impact on profitability and strategic decision-making in a fast growing high-tech company Close interaction with senior management, including Finance and Sales leadership A high-tech, engineering-driven environment with complex products and long-term projects Long-term development opportunities within a global industrial group Ready for your next step?
