For our client, an international high-tech industrial group active in research, defense and security, we are looking for a Product Costing & Bid Manager with strong financial ownership of COGS, pricing and margins.For our client, an international high-tech industrial group active in research, defense and security, we are looking for a Product Costing & Bid Manager with strong financial ownership of COGS, pricing and margins.Your RoleOwn the commercial and financial integrity of product-based bids, from bid/no-bid recommendation to contract awardBuild and validate production cost models for manufactured parts and assemblies, based on long and complex BOMsDefine target margins, pricing logic and negotiation limits for repeatable, high volume manufacturing products, , where small cost deviations have significant margin impact.Challenge Sales, Engineering and Operations when production or BOM assumptions are not financially sustainableLead financial risk reviews and ensure cost and margin assumptions remain valid beyond contract awardWhat we are looking forProven experience owning COGS, pricing and margins for manufactured productsHands-on work with long and complex BOM structures in serial or small-series production environmentsBackground in Finance, Management or Engineering/ManufacturingFluent English, Dutch is Plus but not requiredYour BenefitsTarget total compensation: 85.000 – 93.000€ (base + variable)A key commercial role with real impact on profitability and strategic decision-making in a fast growing high-tech companyClose interaction with senior management, including Finance and Sales leadershipA high-tech, engineering-driven environment with complex products and long-term projectsLong-term development opportunities within a global industrial groupReady for your next step?Then apply via Easy Apply.
