Votre Mission: Façonnez l'avenir de la Marchandise chez Carrefour

Dans un contexte de transformation stratégique axé sur l'expérience client, le Directeur de Programme Excellence Marchandise joue un rôle clé dans l'optimisation des processus et outils du département Marchandise. Vous êtes le moteur de la transformation de la chaîne de valeur "end-to-end", garantissant une meilleure efficacité opérationnelle et une innovation continue.

Vos Défis au Quotidien:

Piloter des projets stratégiques d'envergure

  • Définir et coordonner les projets transverses, en alignement avec la stratégie globale.
  • Être force de proposition pour optimiser la rentabilité et réduire les coûts.
  • Assurer une gestion efficace des ressources et des priorités, en lien avec le management.
  • Mettre en place des KPIs de performance pour mesurer les résultats et apporter des ajustements stratégiques.

Transformer les processus marchandise

  • Digitaliser et moderniser les outils en intégrant de nouvelles technologies.
  • Standardiser et fluidifier les processus pour une meilleure coordination interne et avec les fournisseurs.
  • Garantir des délais optimisés et une qualité irréprochable.

Accompagner le changement et fédérer les équipes

  • Assurer une communication transparente et efficace sur les projets de transformation.
  • Former et coacher les équipes pour garantir une adoption fluide des nouvelles solutions.
  • Piloter l'hyper-care post-déploiement pour un suivi efficace des innovations.

  • Manager une équipe de chefs de projet et les accompagner dans leur montée en compétences.
  • Développer les talents et créer un climat de travail stimulant et collaboratif.
  • Encourager les synergies internes et externes pour maximiser la performance collective.

Profil Recherché:

  • Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets stratégiques et transformation digitale
  • Vision stratégique & leadership affirmé
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et organisationnelles
  • Aptitude à fédérer et inspirer les équipes
