Profil recherché

Le.a candidat.e idéal.e a :

  • Une formation supérieure en sciences humaines (gestion des ressources humaines, sociologie, anthropologie,…)
  • Une expérience de 7 ans minimum dans des matières liées à la stratégie, l’opérationnalisation et le développement des ressources humaines dans le secteur associatif ou PME
  • Une expérience internationale et/ou en ONG/Coopération
  • Une connaissance des pays d’intervention d’ASF
  • Des disponibilités (2 à 3 fois par an) pour effectuer des missions d’appui dans les pays où travaille l’organisation
  • Une connaissance de la législation belge sur le travail dans le secteur non-marchand en Belgique et à l’étranger
  • Bilingue français-anglais tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, la connaissance du Néerlandais est un atout

Les personnes qui s’engagent pour la réalisation du mandat d’ASF sont le cœur et le moteur de l’association. En tant que Head of People, vous vous assurez que les valeurs de l’association se reflètent dans la relation avec les collaborateurs à tout moment : le recrutement, le développement des compétences, le suivi individuel, la motivation, le bien-être au travail, la gestion contractuelle et les conditions de travail. Vous jouez un rôle crucial dans l’accompagnement des personnes et la gestion des ressources humaines, en orientant la stratégie de l'association en matière de culture d'association, de développement des compétences, et de gestion du personnel. Vous vous engagez à créer un environnement de travail inclusif et productif, en veillant à ce que les stratégies de gestion des personnes soient alignées avec les valeurs, mandat et objectifs globaux de l'association. Vous assurez au quotidien une bonne gestion de tous les services liés aux ressources humaines, allant de la mise en place de la stratégie à la gestion administrative du personnel.

Enjeux du poste

  • Face à l'évolution rapide des environnements de travail, le.la Head of People doit naviguer efficacement à travers les changements organisationnels, en s'assurant que les stratégies RH soutiennent les employés et les objectifs de l'association.
  • Un défi majeur est d'attirer et de retenir les meilleurs talents, en développant une marque employeur forte et des programmes de récompenses attractifs, tout en veillant à l'équité et à l'inclusion.
  • Gérer efficacement les conflits internes et maintenir une communication fluide et transparente au sein de l'organisation sont essentiels pour préserver un environnement de travail harmonieux et productif.

Responsabilités et tâches

  • Développe et implémente des stratégies RH innovantes pour renforcer la culture d'association, l'engagement des employés et la satisfaction au travail, tout en veillant à l'alignement de ces initiatives avec les objectifs de l’organisation 
  • Coordonne les processus de mise à jour des politiques RH (formation, recrutement / diversité / inclusion, intégrité…)
  • Veille à la mise en place et accompagne les politiques de développement des compétences des employés et leur progression professionnelle ; et les politiques de suivi individuel.
  • Priorise et promeut des initiatives de diversité et d'inclusion pour créer un environnement de travail respectueux et accueillant pour tous les employés, reflétant les valeurs de l'association.
  • Gère les relations avec les employés et les initiatives de bien-être pour assurer un climat de travail sain et une communication ouverte, réduisant ainsi le turnover et augmentant la satisfaction au travail.
  • Conseille et accompagne les équipes (directions et responsables RH) régionales et pays dans l’organisation de leurs RH
  • Mène les projets qui découlent de la stratégie RH, coordonne les activités, suit et contrôle leur mise en place
  • Assure la gestion administrative du personnel (recrutements, contrats, gestion de la paie, respect des règlementations sociales et légales liées aux domaines RH).
