Job Description
- Oversee all treasury operations and manage the liquidity of the firm.
- Provide strategic guidance on financial matters to the Board of Directors.
- Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure financial stability.
- Lead the team to deliver annual business and financial plans.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the industry.
- Participate in the development and implementation of strategic business plans.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Head of Treasury' should have:
- A degree in Finance, Economics or a related field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the insurance industry.
- Profound knowledge of banking and financial regulations.
- Exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and financial acumen.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
