This is an individual contributor role with direct ownership of pipeline creation.🤖 Relu: Improving Dentistry with AIRelu is an AI scale-up based in Leuven that is transforming dentistry through automated dental design services.Dental labs are under pressure:A growing shortage of skilled digital techniciansRising demand for fast, patient-specific dental careOur mission is to automate the repetitive and time-consuming parts of dental CAD design, so:Labs scale without adding headcountDentists deliver care fasterPatients get timely, high-quality treatmentThousands of dental professionals already rely on Relu, a number that keeps growing.🎯 Your Role: Own the PipelineYou own turning a finite list of dental labs into a predictable pipeline. This is an account-based role, not a lead-gen role. Success is measured in activated accounts, meetings, and conversion efficiency.🛠️ What you'll do:Account-Based Marketing (ABM)Own ABM for ~10,000 dental labs in EU & USBuild, segment, and prioritize account lists by lab type, maturity, and personaAdapt messaging per segment and decision-makerOutbound ExecutionDesign, run, and iterate outbound campaigns via e-mail / ads / socialsExperiment aggressively, scale what works, kill what doesn’tCollaborate closely with sales on targeting and sequencingInbound Conversion OptimizationIncrease trust and conversion across inbound touchpointsDraft case studies, custom landing pages, and proof-driven contentLeverage KOL networks to signal social proofPipeline Ownership & MeasurementOwn the funnel from account → SQL → MeetingTrack conversion rates and cost per conversionUse data to decide what to double down on next🧩 What we're looking for:2+ years of technical experience with CRM-driven ABM 💬2+ years of commercial ownership: you feel pipeline gaps personally 💰Strong bias to action: ship fast, iterate weekly, learn in public ⏩Tight alignment with sales: incorporate objections into messaging continuouslyIntellectual honesty: you know when something isn’t working, and act on itExperience in medtech (or other trust-based B2B buying environments)Excellent English writing and positioning skills, adaptable per customer segmentRegular presence in our Leuven office (Work authorisation for Belgium required 🇧🇪)🧰 Our Commercial Stack:Outbound: Hubspot, Clay, ReplyInbound: Hubspot, Webflow, Intercom🌱 Why Relu?A driven, low-ego team that enjoys building togetherFlexible working hours and remote flexibilityReal ownership in a fast-scaling AI companyDirect exposure to cutting-edge AI in healthcareA bright office near Leuven station, Vaartkom, and major bike highwaysTeam lunches, walks, great coffee, and a strong team cultureCompetitive salary package with attractive benefitsReady to build a predictable GTM engine and shape the future of AI in dentistry?👉 Let’s talk.
