Dag - Voltijds Functieomschrijving Voor onze klant, een toonaangevende speler binnen de logistieke sector, zoeken we een ervaren People & Culture Partner met een passie voor mensgericht werken in een operationele context. Je wordt een sleutelfiguur binnen het HR-team en werkt nauw samen met leidinggevenden, medewerkers en vakbonden om een sterke, toekomstgerichte organisatie mee vorm te geven. Je takenpakket omvat onder andere: Begeleiden en ondersteunen van leidinggevenden in hun groeitraject en ontwikkeling Uitwerken van opleidingsprogramma’s en ontwikkelingstrajecten op maat van verschillende doelgroepen, met bijzondere aandacht voor digitalisering en betrokkenheid Opzetten van workforce planning in lijn met strategische doelstellingen Analyseren van data en vertalen naar duidelijke dashboards en actiegerichte inzichten Mee uitwerken en implementeren van verbetertrajecten op basis van deze analyses Opbouwen van een sterke band met de werkvloer en tegelijkertijd strategisch meedenken met het management Actief bijdragen aan een constructief sociaal overleg en samenwerken met syndicale partners Uitvoeren van diverse operationele HR-taken zoals selectie, interne mobiliteit, begeleiding bij re-integratie, sanctiebeleid en talentontwikkeling Vereisten Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een HR-functie binnen een operationele of industriële omgeving. Je bent analytisch sterk en weet data om te zetten in bruikbare inzichten; je werkt vlot met Excel. Je communiceert vlot, staat stevig in je schoenen en kan anderen motiveren en coachen. Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische sociale wetgeving. Je bent pragmatisch ingesteld en weet prioriteiten te stellen. Je denkt oplossingsgericht en werkt graag in teamverband.
