Wij zoeken een parts advisor/magazijnier voor een bedrijf in Bornem.
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
Beheer van voorraden: Je bepaalt optimale voorraadniveaus en houdt in- en uitgaande bewegingen bij.
Bestellingen: Je bestelt onderdelen bij diverse leveranciers en platforms zoals Express, DAF, en Fiat Professional.
Administratie: Je verzorgt de correcte registratie (digitaal en analoog) van bestellingen, leveringen en retouren.
Klantenservice: Je helpt klanten aan de balie, werkplaats of telefonisch, en werkt orders uit.
Magazijnbeheer: Je houdt het magazijn ordelijk en volgt veiligheidsregels.
Bijtaken:
Assistentie aan de receptie (telefoon beantwoorden, werkorders opmaken).
Onderhoud van het magazijn en deelname aan de jaarlijkse stocktelling. Profiel Je hebt een auto-technische opleiding achter de rug of ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
Je hebt goede kennis van onderdelen (in werktuigen) van vrachtwagens of auto's.
Je spreek zeer goed Nederlands.
Je bent klantvriendelijk.
Je bent communicatief.
Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Word, Excel en Outlook. Aanbod Wij bieden:
