DevOps & Reliability Engineer (Banking)

This is not just a support role , it's a strategic position where you'll help shape how services are delivered, monitored, and improved. What will you do?You're the guardian of reliability. You make sure systems run smoothly, recover quickly when things go wrong, and continuously improve how services are built and operated. You'll work closely with developers, support teams, and stakeholders to:Prevent incidents before they happenRespond quickly when they doImprove performance and service quality over timeThink of it as part engineer, part detective, part diplomat. Your ResponsibilitiesSupport the migration to modern cloud-based tools and platformsMonitor service performance and ensure alignment with Service Level Objectives (SLOs)Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and health checksManage incidents and changes using tools like ServiceNowAnalyze risks and propose smart, scalable improvementsCollaborate with other SREs and incident managers across teamsContribute to a growing internal SRE community Your ProfileYou have a technical background (e.g. software engineering, IT architecture)You've worked with incident/change/service management in complex environmentsYou're analytical, proactive, and a strong communicatorYou enjoy working in a data-driven, monitoring-heavy contextYou speak fluent Dutch or French, and have solid English skillsYou're familiar with tools like Dynatrace, Opnet, BAM, CMDB, and ServiceNow or eager to learn Our OfferProjective Talent is part of Projective Group, but we don't do things the typical way.
