This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the people agenda across the region and contributing to the business's continued growth and transformation.Your mission:As HR Director Benelux, you will :Define and implement the HR strategy, aligned with the global HR roadmapLead and develop a team of local HR professionalsAct as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people-related mattersSupport organizational change, talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement initiativesEnsure compliance with local labor laws and manage relationships with social partnersOversee key HR processes including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, and learning & developmentYour profile:A minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, including senior leadership rolesProven track record in multi-site environments, international experience is an assetStrong knowledge of HR practices and labor legislationStrategic mindset combined with a pragmatic, hands-on approachExcellent knowledge of Dutch, French & EnglishWhy join?This is a unique opportunity to shape the HR function in a key region for the business, working in an agile and people-oriented culture.
