Do you value being more valued?Our client, a prestigious German family-owned logistics company with over 170 years of heritage, is seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive air and sea freight sales across Belgium and Luxembourg.This seventh-generation family business has never been acquired and continues to reinvest in growth, targeting to double their volumes by 2030.What's On Offer:Base salary of €5k - €10k per month depending on what you can bring to the businessAttractive commission structure: 8% of gross profit for 2 years once threshold achieved, then 4% lifetime commissionPrevious BDM achieved €185k gross profit in their first yearInvestment in personal development and leadership trainingFlexible, open culture within a stable family businessAccess to a global network across 38 countries with 3,600+ employees worldwideIndustry-leading digital platforms (so advanced they're sold to competitors)The Role: This is a true hunter position focused 75-80% on new business acquisition and bringing in fresh logos to the business. You'll be responsible for developing air, sea, and contract logistics solutions, with a primary focus on seafreight while leveraging their airfreight capabilities in Brussels and Liege.
