Als Quality Control medewerker bij Beliès N.V. binnen de afdeling Kwaliteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor verschillende taken om de kwaliteit van onze producten te waarborgen. Je voert labotesten uit volgens het intern kwaliteitsplan en -handboek voor afgewerkte producten, halffabricaten, tussenvoorraden, grondstoffen en verpakkingen.

Takenpakket:

  • Controleren van de voorgaande productiedag, verzamelen en controleren van referentiestalen, productiedocumenten en registraties hiervan.
  • Controle van aanmeldingen versus geproduceerde producten (THT, aantal, Lot, etc.).
  • Inboeken en klaarmaken van stalen voor verzending.
  • Briefing aan de Quality Assurance Coördinator.
  • Organoleptische beoordeling na 3 dagen en restzuurstofmetingen, inclusief registratie en metingen van referentiestalen.
  • Meerdere lijncontroles per shift tijdens de productiedag en 1 controle op aanmaak brine per shift.
  • Periodieke controles en rondgangen, waaronder wekelijkse ATP swabs na reiniging en swabs voor listeria/salmonella.
  • Analyses en resultateninput voor controle van grondstoffen en verpakkingen.
  • Opruimen van de stalenfrigo, weggooien van referentiestalen, labo opruimen en chemisch afval verwijderen.

Daarnaast ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor kwaliteitsproblemen in de productie en draag je bij aan het opstellen en uitdragen van het beleid inzake Food Safety Culture binnen Beliès. Het is belangrijk op te merken dat de bovengenoemde activiteiten als standaard worden beschouwd, maar er kunnen extra taken bijkomen of afwijken in het kader van productierendement.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor de functie van Kwaliteitsmedewerker bij Beliès N.V. binnen de afdeling Kwaliteit, dien je te voldoen aan de volgende vereisten:

  • Kwaliteitsbewust: Je hebt een scherp oog voor kwaliteit en streeft altijd naar verbetering.
  • Zeer nauwkeurig werken: Je bent precies en zorgvuldig in je werkzaamheden.
  • Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring: Je kunt aantonen dat je minstens 4 jaar ervaring hebt in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Zelfstandig en communicatief: Je kunt zelfstandig werken, bent consistent en communiceert effectief. Je geeft feedback aan collega's op de werkvloer, deelt actiepunten en zorgt voor bewustwording over productiefouten en naleving van regels.
  • Dynamisch: Je straalt energie en dynamiek uit in je werk.
  • Computervaardigheden: Je bent bekwaam in het werken met een computer en hebt kennis van Excel.
