With a commitment to innovation and sustainability, this company invests in cutting-edge technologies to optimize grid operations and integrate renewable energy sources.Position Overview: The Knowledge & Competence department was created within P²MO to ensure that client Engineering employees have the necessary skills to meet the current and future challenges of client Infrastructure. We work closely with the business, the Asset department, and client Academy to develop and maintain key skills.What you'll do:As a Knowledge & Competence Support Specialist, you will play a key role in implementing knowledge management and skills development activities within the organization.Main responsibilities:Talent development and training pathwaysUpdating content with content ownersTraining planning and roadmap monitoring with client AcademyKnowledge base managementCreation and updating of skills repositories (technical and non-technical, soft skills and hard skills)Coordination with stakeholdersCollaboration with HR, L&D, Safety and client Academy for all matters related to learning and developmentCentralized governanceMonitoring documents, processes, tools and training related to skillsAnalysis of reportingProduction of statistics and dashboards relevant to the population InfrastructureWhat you bring:Project management and coordination of multidisciplinary teamsExcellent communication and stakeholder managementStrong sense of safety and qualityAutonomy, rigor and the ability to work independentlyAnalysis, reporting and dashboard creationKnowledge of LMS systems and e-learning platforms (an asset)Customer-focused and excellent interpersonal skillsLanguages: Fluent in French, Dutch and English (spoken and written)A little about us: Innova Solutions is a diverse and award-winning global technology services partner.
