**Mission**
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to participate in the product team ‘Information & Knowledge’ at our client. The Information and Knowledge product team is dedicated to providing an efficient digital workplace to share information, collaborate and gain knowledge.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business requirements,
- Support business to model their processes and information,
- Validation of functional and non-functional specifications related to the optimal IT solution,
- Creation of test scenarios and support of the testing and acceptance processes,
- Developing reporting and performing data analyses to support business decisions or improve operational efficiency,
- Advising the product owner and working with the various product teams and product stakeholders in Germany and Belgium to evaluate, prioritize and plan the further development and maintenance of the product,
- Preparing and executing workshops and training courses together with the business, including 2nd line support.
**Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
- Min. 5-year experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in modeling language Archimate3.1 and BPMN2.0 is required. Use of Sparx EA is a plus.
- Languages:
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of German is a plus
- Good knowledge of French and/or Dutch is a plus.
