The main objective of the IT Project and SAP Support role is to translate the complex needs analysis of the customer in a user-friendly SAP or other IT solution to fulfill the needs optimally, in line with the strategy of the company.

**Positioning**

The IT Project and SAP Support person will report to the Senior IT Project Manager.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Senior IT Project Manager regarding the evaluating of the user needs and system functionalities of projects
- Support project reporting on a regular basis to all project stakeholders
- Support the Senior IT Project Manager on the implementation and testing of diverse projects
- Support on communication with system users in English by training sessions or by drafting manuals
- Translate the needs analysis to a solution in the format of a SAP module and to realize and improve the module to fulfill the demands of the customer
- Support and manage local projects in order to jointly determine operational needs and create functional requirements
- Keep the projects up-to-date by scheduling follow-up meetings with the responsible IT stakeholders

**Profile**
- Bachelor degree in IT and minimum 1 to 2 of IT project management experience
- Basic knowledge of the entire SAP module: MM/SD/FI/CO (workflow)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proactive, flexible and pragmatic
- Stress resilient
- Working knowledge of relevant operating systems, software and programming
- Fluent level of English and Dutch/French is a plus
