You will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of SAP implementations, upgrades, and rollouts, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead end-to-end SAP projects (S/4HANA and ECC), from initiation to go-live and post-go-live support.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Manage project teams, budgets, timelines, and risks.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery methodologies.Support pre-sales activities including proposal development and client presentations.YOUR PROFILEProven experience (7+ years) in SAP project management, ideally with S/4HANA.Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Experience in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.PMP, Prince2, or SAP Activate certification is a plus.Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a strong asset.Willingness to travel within Belgium and occasionally abroad.WHAT YOU’LL LOVE ABOUT WORKING HERE?At Capgemini Belgium we offer flexibility in more than one way: next to our hybrid way of working, where we offer you can work 70% from home, we also offer our flex abroad program.
