FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING Onze klant zoekt een dynamische Communications Specialist als uitbreiding voor het team in Zwijndrecht. De positie speelt een kritische rol in het beheren en uitbouwen van de interne en externe communicatiestrategie en in het versterken van onze branding positie. JOB OMSCHRIJVING Je verzorgt de interne en externe communicatie van het bedrijf. Je bouwt het intranet uit tot een breed informatieplatform ten behoeve van de werknemers. Je stroomlijnt de interne communicatiekanalen met het oog op de meest efficiënte doorstroming van informatie. Je speelt een voorname rol in de employer branding o.m. door het creëren en onderhouden van content voor de LinkedIn bedrijfspagina en door het ondersteunen van jobbeurzen en commerciële bedrijfsactiviteiten. Je coördineert de contacten met de pers en onderhoudt contacten met belangrijke belangenorganisaties. Je vormt de schakel met het Europese Communications Team van de Fujifilm groep en garandeert dat de interne en externe communicaties gealigneerd zijn met de corporate visie en richtlijnen. Je zal ook intensief samenwerken met het Communications Team van onze Electronic Materials divisie in de VS. JOUW PROFIEL Je genoot een bachelor of master opleiding in communicatie, marketing, journalistiek en beschikt over een drietal jaar relevante bedrijfservaring. Je hebt een sterk taalgevoel en talent voor copywriting. Je beschikt over het vermogen om content te creëren aangepast aan gevarieerde contexten. Je beschikt over goede presentatievaardigheden om bedrijfsinformatie op een aantrekkelijke manier voor te stellen. Je ziet opportuniteiten om het bedrijf en zijn activiteiten in de kijker te stellen via social media (LinkedIn) en andere communicatiekanalen. Je geschreven en gesproken kennis van het Nederlands en het Engels is uitstekend. Vlotheid in andere talen zoals Frans, Duits en Italiaans is een meerwaarde. Je hebt sterke interpersoonlijke vaardigheden. Je bent in staat om relaties op te bouwen met belanghebbenden op alle niveaus binnen en buiten de organisatie. Je werkt vlot met software pakketten zoals M365, Adobe, Canva.
