The Role As Global Finance Lead / Finance Lead – Coordinator, you will play a central role at both local (Belgium/Europe) and group level. You act as a financial co-pilot to management, while remaining closely connected to day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on, hybrid role, combining leadership, coordination, and operational finance responsibilities within an international and evolving environment. Key Responsibilities Local Finance Responsibilities (Belgian entities) Financial leadership for multiple legal entities Cash management (cash flow, payments, financing, FX exposure, hedging) Monthly and annual closings (BE GAAP) Statutory and management reporting Coordination of external audits Intercompany reconciliations Main point of contact for banks and insurance partners Supervision and coordination of a small finance team Ensuring accuracy, continuity, and timely delivery of financial processes Coaching and supporting team members in their development Group-Level Responsibilities Acting as a finance reference point at group level, in close collaboration with international counterparts Coordination with finance leads across different regions Structuring and monitoring intercompany flows and internal deadlines Supporting transfer pricing, consolidation, and group reporting topics Liaising with external advisors (audit, tax, legal) Contributing to the continued integration and alignment of group entities You will work in close collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders across the group.
