Senior R&D Product Developer - Regio Mechelen - Chocolade Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van nieuwe pralines en chocoladeproducten die klanten verrassen. Vertalen van klantvragen en interne innovatiestrategieën naar concrete productconcepten. Coördineren van productie-implementatie en validatieprocessen. Nauwe samenwerking met Sales, Chocolatiers en Prototyping-assistenten. Trendspotting: marktontwikkelingen vertalen naar innovatieve ideeën. Ondersteunen van productietesten en oplossen van operationele uitdagingen. Bewaken van wettelijke richtlijnen en kwaliteitsnormen. Je rapporteert aan de R&D Manager. Senior R&D Product Developer - Regio Mechelen - Chocolade Bachelor of Master in Food Technology, voedingswetenschappen of gelijkaardig. Minimaal enkele jaren ervaring in productontwikkeling (chocolade is een plus). Sterke projectmanagementvaardigheden en hands-on mentaliteit. Uitstekende communicatieve skills en teamspirit.
