Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?Als Operator Maintenance Technical Installations maak je deel uit van onze ploeg van technici die elke dag opnieuw instaan voor het onderhoud en de veiligheid van onze technische installaties.
Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS?- Je staat in voor het dagelijks opvolging van de klimatisatie via het Gebouwen Beheer Systeem en het zelfstandig uitvoeren van onderhoud, herstellingen en kleine renovaties aan de HVAC toestellen: productie verwarming en koeling en de distributie doorheen de gebouwen evenals de ventilatie van de lokalen.
- Je kunt HVAC schema's lezen, opstellen en aanpassen.
- Je bent in staat om de gevaren van werken in te schatten en ervoor te zorgen dat de veiligheid ten allen tijde gegarandeerd blijft. Hiertoe volg je de regels, procedures en kwaliteitsvoorschriften correct op en geef je steeds voorrang aan de veiligheid.
- Je bent bereid om deel te nemen aan een wachtdienst.
- Je bent in het bezit van een diploma secundair onderwijs in het studiegebied elektriciteit of elektromechanica of je hebt door ervaring een gelijkwaardige kennis opgebouwd.
- Indien je je diploma in het buitenland hebt behaald, dien je in het bezit te zijn van een gelijkwaardigheidsattest afgeleverd door de Vlaamse Overheid (NARIC-Vlaanderen) om deel te kunnen nemen aan de selectie.
- Je hebt door opleiding en ervaring een goede kennis van HVAC.
- Je kan elektrische en HVAC plannen lezen en aanpassen.
- Je hebt een basiskennis van de tweede landstaal.
- Je beschikt over een rijbewijs type B.
- Je beschikt over een erkenning technicus: vloeibare brandstof, gasvormige brandstof, verwarmingsaudit.
- Je beschikt over een Europees certificaat koeltechnicus of gelijkwaardig.
- Je kunt vlot met een computer werken en je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office.
- Je hebt kennis van het tekenprogramma Autocad.
- Je hebt geen hoogtevrees.
- Je hebt ervaring met HVAC monitoring met één of meerdere Gebouwen Beheer Systemen: Siemens, Honeywell, Sauter of Schneider.
- Woonachtig in Brussel of de omgeving van Brussel.
- Je gaat systematisch te werk in het analyseren van een probleem, en maakt maximaal gebruik van beschikbare gegevens.
- Je handelt nauwgezet en correct binnen je domein van verantwoordelijkheden, met respect voor de procedures.
- Je past je handelen doelgericht aan in geval van wisselende taken en contacten.
- Je structureert en organiseert je werkzaamheden waarbij ook andere mensen betrokken zijn. Je houdt hierbij rekening met de te respecteren deadlines, de nodige uitvoeringstijd en maakt heldere afspraken.
- Je werkt vlot in teamverband, maar indien nodig ben je ook in staat om beslissingen te nemen.
- Dankzij je goede communicatieve vaardigheden leg je vlot contact met de verschillende betrokkenen en maak je je goed verstaanbaar.

De werkzetel is in Brussel, vlakbij het station Brussel-Zuid. De installaties zijn verspreid over de zone Brussel en omvatten zowel de directiegebouwen als de stations van het Brussels gewest.
