Working in the Network Build and Mass Roll‑Out Team In this team we ensure the timely end‑to‑end build‑up and mass roll‑out of FTTH according to predetermined milestones, delivering gigabit‑speed, reliable data networks. Your Role As Service Delivery Manager Strategic Partnership Management – act as the link between internal stakeholders and operational partners, developing strategies and navigating subcontracting and long‑term partnership arrangements. Service Delivery Oversight – proactively monitor service deliveries, analyze and adjust processes to align with SLAs and budgets, and shape data reporting into actionable insights. Transformation and Continuous Improvement – explore new ideas, test and learn, and help translate concepts into processes, contracts and feedback loops to improve total cost of ownership without compromising customer experience. Our Ideal Service Delivery Manager Master’s degree in Telecommunications, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience). At least 5 years of experience in service delivery management or related roles with a strong track record of success. Hands‑on, pragmatic, fast‑moving, able to lead and provide proactive advice in service management meetings. Strong analytical skills, detail orientation and ability to maintain an overall view. Proven ability to transform businesses through cost estimation and budgeting. Strong communication skills in Dutch and English (French is a plus). Committed to contributing to the digital evolution.
