Votre rigueur administrative et la qualité de votre communication vous permettront de réaliser le suivi. administratif nécessaire à la bonne marche de notre back office. Profil de fonction FR : Gestion de la relation administrative client : relances, suivi contentieux, gestion des frais de transport des aides-ménagères, analyses mensuelles, plan d'action correctif. Suivi réglementaire/légal : nouvelles réglementations, propositions internes d'adaptation. Coordination des achats et services : commandes, réception et contrôle. Collaboration au suivi RH/administratif : suivi des accidents du travail, suivi des maladies de longue durée. NL : Beheer van de administratieve klantenrelatie: opvolging en beheer van facturatie, herinneringen en geschillen, transportkosten, maandelijkse kostenanalyse, corrigerend actieplan. Wettelijke/reglementaire opvolging: opvolging van nieuwe voorschriften, interne voorstellen voor aanpassing. Aankoopbeheer van benodigdheden en diensten: bestellingen, ontvangst en controle.
