Commercial Director France & Benelux Based in Belgium – Hybrid (Benelux-France) About NMC NMC is a leading European industrial group, specialized in technical foams, insulation, packaging, and interior design solutions. As part of an ambitious transformation, NMC is reshaping its commercial structure and opening a pivotal leadership position: Commercial Director France & Benelux, who will also carry responsibility for the French subsidiary. Your mission: a strategic and highly visible leadership role As Commercial Director France & Benelux, you will take ownership of the regional commercial strategy, lead the transformation of the sales organization, and oversee the management of the French subsidiary. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the leadership team, you will play a decisive role in driving the company's growth and long-term success. Key responsibilities Define and implement the commercial strategy for France and Benelux. Structure, professionalize, and lead the sales teams (processes, reporting, segmentation, pricing). Ensure legal representation and financial performance of the French subsidiary. Expand into new markets while consolidating existing ones. Lead and develop talent, ensuring succession planning, recruitment, and training. Represent NMC with the Board, major clients, and at key industry events. Profile At least ten years' experience in senior commercial leadership and/or subsidiary management within an international B2B industrial environment (construction, materials, plastics, packaging). Proven track record in building and transforming sales organizations. A modern and inspiring leader, capable of engaging teams and bringing constructive discipline. Excellent command of French, Dutch and English; knowledge of German is a plus. Willingness to travel regularly across France, Benelux, and internationally.
