Are you passionate about hospitality and take on a supervising role?At Frites Atelier, we're looking for a proactive Assistant Atelier Manager to support the daily operations for our location in Brussels. You'll be part of a team serving the best Frites in the world, crafted by three-Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman. As Assistant Atelier Manager, you'll manage the daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience. You report to the Atelier Manager, who holds final responsibility for the location and team.Your Responsibilities:Support and co-lead daily operations of the Atelier, bringing structure, energy, and precisionSupervise your team across all areas, from kitchen to counter to terrace, setting the exampleMonitor quality and execution, adjusting where needed to maintain excellenceObserve team performance and align with the Atelier Manager on plan of action to improveEnsure the Atelier reflects the high standards of Frites Atelier Amsterdam, impeccable food, hospitality, and cleanlinessFoster a positive team culture built on collaboration, motivation, and shared goalsStep into the leading role during the Atelier Manager's absence, ensuring continuity and consistencyWho Are You: You have strong affinity with the hospitality industryYou have experience with coordinating a teamYou've got a hands-on mentality, are a multitasker, and thrive under pressure, especially during peak hoursYou bring positivity, structure, and amotivating presence to the teamYou're confident taking responsibility when circumstances require itYou are available to work on Friday, Saturday, and SundayYou are fluent in English.
