You'll be part of a team serving the best Frites in the world, crafted by three-Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman. As Atelier Manager, you'll take ownership of the daily operations, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience. You will report to the Operational Manager Belgium, who oversees all three Belgian locations: Antwerp, Brussels, and Ghent.Your Responsibilities:Lead daily operations of the Atelier in close collaboration with the Assistant Atelier Manager, bringing structure, energy,and precisionPlan and organize short- and long-term goals to keep the team aligned and proactiveGuide your team in executing tasks, setting a strong example across all areas of the AtelierMonitor quality and execution, adjusting where needed to maintain excellenceObserve and assess team performance, identifying opportunities for improvementReport and document progress regularly to keep the team focused and informedEnsure the Atelier reflects the high standards of Frites Atelier Amsterdam, impeccable food, hospitality, and cleanlinessFoster a positive team culture built on collaboration, motivation, and shared goalsTake full responsibility for the location and team, leading with confidence and careWho Are You: You have strong affinity with the hospitality industryYou have experience with managing a team and thrive in a leadership roleYou've got a hands-on mentality, are a multitasker, and thrive under pressure, especially during peak hoursYou bring positivity, structure, and amotivating presence to the teamYou are available to work on Fridays, Saturdays & SundaysYou are fluent in English.
