Voor het IT departement zijn we op zoek naar een nieuwe teamleader om de personeelscapaciteit te managen en voornamelijk het gebruik van externe IT-consultants. Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met collega's van de diensten ICT, Finance, HR, Procurement en Legal. De teamleader stuurt een team aan van een 12-tal aankoopmedewerkers. TAKEN Jij coördineert en superviseert de verschillende activiteiten van je team en ondersteunt en motiveert de teamleden. Jij beheert de vraag naar externe consultants binnen de verschillende ICT entiteiten en samen met HR bepaal en selecteer je de nodige profielen. Jij bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor interne klanten die gebruik maken van externe consultants. Je spoort de toekomstige personeelsbehoeften en nodige competenties op, zodat proactief en tijdig, de juiste profielen kunnen worden voorzien. Jij volgt overkoepelend de bestellingen, de naleving van de processen, budget en raamcontracten op. Daarnaast denk en werk je ook mee aan projecten en het verbeteren van de organisatie, strategie, processen en (kost)efficiëntie. PROFIEL Je beschikt over een masterdiploma liefst in een economische, management of juridische richting (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) Je bent een inspirerende people manager en beschikt over bewezen ervaring met het leiden van teams in een gelijkaardige complexe omgeving Je bent communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel in het voeren van velerlei besprekingen Je bent cijfermatig ingesteld en hebt kennis op het gebied van financieel en budgetbeheer Je beheerst het Nederlands en of Frans en kan ook in de tweede landstaal mondeling goed communiceren. Er heerst een grote flexibiliteit in werktijden en verlof, ten voordele van de balans tussen werk en privé met tot drie dagen thuiswerk per week. Bij deze functie hoort een aantrekkelijk loonpakket : salaris in lijn met ervaring en competenties; de loonrange is 4000€ - 6600€ bruto/maand contract onbepaalde duur 38/36u glijdende werktijden en home office jaarpremie maaltijdcheques forfaitaire onkostenvergoeding hospitalisatie- tand- en ambulante zorgen verzekering groepsverzekering cafetariaplan interessante voorwaarden voor openbaar vervoer 20 verlofdagen + 13 kredietdagen
