Partner Account Manager

We are looking for a Partner Account Manager to join our Sales team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with indirect channel partners to drive sales and achieve business objectives.
This role requires a strong understanding of the indirect sales channel, excellent communication skills, and a strategic approach to partner management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats in the market.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales through indirect channel partners based on sales analysis and industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Manage your partnerships portfolio in our CRM (Salesforce) and ensure accurate reporting.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Manage all the contractual and invoicing aspects.
- Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to provide support and resources to channel partners, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of channel partner programs and initiatives.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field (sales management, business administration/economics, entrepreneurship).
- At least 2 years of experience in account management and sales, preferably in key accounts, indirect channel management, or partner management.
- Bilingual in French and Dutch (written and spoken).
- Interest in HR and compensation & benefits topics.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
