**Function**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Indirect Partner Channel as an **Partner Account Manager**. In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing our indirect sales channel, including accountants, payroll offices, federations and other future resellers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage existing small/medium partnerships and develop new ones with the focus on accountants. You will collaborate closely with the Strategic Partnership Manager, support services, sales department and marketing to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
You will develop and maintain strong relationships with our smaller/medium indirect sales partners (mainly accountants) acting as a key point of contact. You will collaborate with these partners to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and drive mutual success.
In your role you will assist with the creation and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to meet sales targets, monitor sales performance, track partner activities and provide regular reports to management.
You will help identify and address potential obstacles in the current processes and take part in the PODs related to indirect sales channel.
You will work with the marketing team to develop and distribute marketing collateral, sales tools and training materials for our partners.
Also support partners with marketing campaigns and promotional activities as collaborate on lead generation by providing insights and resources to partners to maximize our sales opportunities.
You are able to setup training sessions(demo’s) and webinars for our partners to enhance their product knowledge and sales tools.
Ensure partners are up to date with product updates, promotions and other relevant information.
As a Partner Account Manager you are present in events and other fairs relevant to your partners and actively promote our brand.
