**Become our new Junior Front Office Manager and make part of a young and dynamic company.**

**Relevant experience of at least 3 years + very good linguistic (EN/FR/NL) + administrative and interpersonal skills ARE A MUST.**

**Working alone is not a problem for you**

**Your responsibilities**:
You are responsible of your center, and take care of the opening and closing.

You work independently, but enjoy having lots of contacts with your customers.

You will be in charge of (but not only):

- welcoming customers, visitors and suppliers (EN/NL/FR),
- oversee daily office operations and gives reports to the management
- answering phones in a professional way, and routing calls as necessary (EN/NL/FR),
- sorting and distributing incoming mails / packages,
- handling outgoing mails / packages ,
- managing several administrative duties (input, filing, client files, check-in& check-out ),
- managing meeting room& event requests (offers, preparation, lunch ordering, ),
- managing the requests and coordinating the events requests,
- managing the reservations of the Workero’s clients(sister company), handling the check-in/out, daily operations duties, input of the costs in the system,
- preparing new client' s offices and provide full administrative follow-up
- handling the requests, problems, complaints,
- daily check of the common areas and stock management
- in case of unannounced visits, you are able to explain our products and services in a commercial way (EN, NL, FR)
- handling of new leads (for one of our most product) from the request to the signature of the contract

**A word about your work environment**:
In a pleasant and dynamic work environment in the real estate sector, **you work independently **but you have regular contacts with clients, colleagues, accountancy department

You sit at the reception but your responsibilities go beyond simple reception duties as explained here above. You are a pillar within the company and the face of our clients

You work from Monday to Friday (no home working) under a day shift.

- good language skills**:EN, NL, FR (notions are not an option)**
- perfect presentation: classic outfit (no jeans nor any casual wear) ,

- good knowledge of the Office Pack: Word, **Excel**,
- P.U.N.C.T.U.A.L
- You **work alone** but enjoy being in regular contact with clients
- You **respect**the instructions and guidelines of your manager
- You can **work under pressure** but you can also keep yourself busy in quiet periods.
