**YOUR MISSION**

As an Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of our operations. Your role and responsibilities are the following:
Administrative tasks:

- Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks and provide support to the management team.
- Responsible for timesheet management
- Supports teams and management with correspondence, managing calendars, booking meetings, travels, etc.
- Human resources:

- Responsible for all administrative HR Processes
- Follows up and processes payroll, contract management, insurances, fleet, etc.
- Follows up and cooperates with the Social Secretariat.
- Supports the necessary HR processes related to Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, L&D, Retention, Holiday Calendar, etc.
- Upholds a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Finance:

- Responsible for following up all accounting administration.
- Assist in budget tracking and expense management
- Takes charge over the AR / AP related tasks.
- Supports and prepares the necessary documentation for Accounting.
- Office management:

- Responsible for Office Management.
- Coordinates and assists in the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and workshops.
- Manages incoming phone calls, reception of guests, etc. and redirects them as appropriate
- Responsible for the buying process of office supplies, materials, etc.

**THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills to determine priorities and allocate time and resources effectively to meet deadlines
- Able to produce quality outcomes by vigilantly checking all aspects of work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and freedom from errors or omissions.
- Affinity with digital tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Slack, banking & accounting software,
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch/French (both languages preferred).
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to adapt and if necessary to learn new ways to accomplish work activities and objectives.
