One of our clients, a consultancy firm based in Brussels, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to join their team of 10 people. This role is pivotal in maintaining efficient administrative and financial operations while supporting a multicultural environment. You would be working 20 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities as Office Manager:
- Act as a liaison with accountants, auditors, and clients. Handle expense notes, invoicing, and supplier interactions.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and expense allocation to various projects. Assist in financial reporting and budget management.
- Organize meetings, facilitate project coordination, and prepare necessary documentation.
- Coordinate office logistics including meeting room arrangements and vendor communications.
- Support onboarding processes and personnel management tasks as needed.
The ideal profile of the Office Manager:
- You are fluent in English and French.
- You have strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, is crucial.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Previous experience in handling invoices and financial documentation is advantageous.
- You have worked in a similar role.
