Jouw rol Als Head of IAM bij ABN AMRO MeesPierson ben jij het strategische én operationele aanspreekpunt voor zelfstandige vermogensbeheerders (Independent Asset Managers of IAM’s). Je ontwikkelt en bewaakt een compleet bedieningsconcept dat volledig is afgestemd op de wensen van onze cliënten. Je geeft leiding aan het Commercial Support team, zorgt voor optimale klantrelaties en stuurt op winstgevendheid, kwaliteit en risicobeheersing. Met jouw visie en leiderschap til je onze dienstverlening naar een hoger niveau. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden Je geeft leiding aan het Commercial Support-team. Je zorgt ervoor dat de teamleden hun doelstellingen behalen en begeleidt hen actief in hun professionele ontwikkeling. Je bewaakt de afdelingsresultaten, zorgt voor een gezonde balans tussen kwaliteit en efficiëntie, en ziet erop toe dat risico’s beheerst worden. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke relaties met onafhankelijke vermogensbeheerders. Je onderhandelt over tarieven, voorwaarden en diensten en luistert je goed naar de behoeften van klanten (IAM’s) zodat je tijdig nieuwe opportuniteiten kunt identificeren. Je volgt de markt nauwgezet, detecteert trends en speelt hier proactief op in om onze positie te versterken. Daarnaast richt je je op het aantrekken van nieuwe klanten door actief prospectie te voeren, kansen in de markt te signaleren en gesprekken aan te gaan met potentiële partners. Je volgt de inkomsten, rendementen en groei van de beheerde vermogens op en grijpt in waar nodig om de resultaten te verbeteren. Je streeft voortdurend naar optimalisatie door de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening te evalueren, inefficiënties op te sporen en processen te automatiseren.
